Comparison of SSA and UCEA and its application in clinical diagnosis of bladder cancer

SSA and UCEA were measured in 175 patients with bladder cancer,and compared with the patients who had benign urological diseases as well as healthy people.There was a positive correlation between SSA and UCEA,and the coefficient of correlation was 0.6676.Both sensitivity and specifity of SSA were superior to that of UCEA,and combination of SSA and UCEA assays provided more information than SSA alone.
