Evaluation on the interrelationship between serum sPTA1 level and allograft actue rejection in liver transplantaion

Objective: To study the interrelationship between serum sPTA1 level and allograft acute rejection in liver transplantation. Methods: Solid-phase ligand ELISA method was used to analyzed serum of sPTA1 in liver transplantation.（Results: when） two cases of 25 after liver transplantation patients were distinguished as allograft acute rejection by pathologic（examination）,the level of serum sPTA1 had increased remarkable,and the change of the level of serum sPTA1 occurred earlier than clinic symptom and that in histopathology,it had decreased rapidly after enhancing the treatment of immune.（Conclusion: The） level of serum sPTA1 is one of credible guideline to distinguish and monitor allograft liver transplantation,the result is consistent with histopathological examination.
