The Measurement of Magnesium in Peripheral Lymphocyte of Dog andits Concentration Change in Experimental Myocardial Infarction

The analytic measurement of magnesium in peripheral lymphocyte was established inpresent study.LiCl sclution was used as lymphocyte cleaner,which avoided the polution problemin trace magnesium measurement. The magnesium concentration change of lymphocyte in experi-mental myocardial infarction was investigated.The result showed that lymphocyte magnesium co-ncentration decreased significantly（P＜0.05） in Myocardial infarction group.
