The evaluation of non-cardia surgery of patients with myocardia infarction

19 patients,18 males and 1 female of average age 66 year-old,with myocardia infarction subjected to noncardia surgery were reported.The treatments included:emergency operation,3 cases;selected operation,16 cases;all were alive.The state of function of patients divided into: Class Ⅰ°,9cases,Ⅱ°,8cases,Ⅲ°,2cases.The main complications of operation were left heart failure and pulmonary infection.The security of operation in the patients with myocardia infarction and how to maintain stationary blood pressure during operation were also discussed.
