Fluorescein angiogram in the anterior ischemic optic-neuropathy （AION）

Fluorescein angiogram （FA） studies were carried out in a series of 36 cases （56 yes） f AION. It was found that during the early transit of AION there may be slow filling of luore- cein hyperfluorecence, or hypofluorecence in the disease. Obvious fluorecent leakage generally ppeared at in the late stage of FA. Little attention has been paid to these phenomena before. ith fluorescein angiogram, the recognition of AION will be more clearly defined.
