Abstract
Objective: To find out the distribution of desmoglein2 in cryopreserved human skins and investigate the relationship with cryoinjury. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining with antibodies of desmoglein2 and histopathological observation studied 5 groups of skins. Results: Comparing to normal human skin, the histological structure and desmoglein2 level of skins in stored at-196℃ did not change significantly, while those in groups kept in 4℃、-20℃、-80℃ were destroyed. Conclusion: The skin cryoinjury maybe is correlated with cell adhension molecules.
