Training of medical ethics in medical college and university postgraduates

Ethics training is the cornerstone of medical education as well as the basic criterion in clinical practice.At present,quality education curriculum in China medical postgraduate colleges and universities is far from systematic medical ethics education for postgraduates.How to solve this problem is a major task facing the teaching staff.This paper discusses the medical ethics training problem in Chinese postgraduates through the following five aspects: building education environment,improving teachers’quality,cultivating universal love spirit of postgraduates,communication quality and humanities.
