Clinical research about Sodium Ozagrel for injection used in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease

Objective:To observe the clinical result about Sodium Ozagrel for injection used in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and the effect to nail mircrocirculation and hemorrheology.Methods:192 cases who match coronary atherosclerotic heart disease diagnosis standard of WHO were establish for research object.112 cases were allotted in cure group（A group） and 80 cases in matched control group（B group） randomly.The improvement of symptom,variety of electrocardiogram,nail mircrocirculation and hemorrheology were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total efficient is 88.4% in a group after treatment;the total efficient is 83.93% about variety of electrocardiogram（P＜0.01）;the nail mircrocirculation and hemorrheology are all better than B group.Conclusion:The clinical result is obvious about Sodium Ozagrel for injection used in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease;The improvement of clinical symptom is obvious;the variety of myocardial ischemia is better;the sign of nail mircrocirculation and hemorrheology improve obviously.
