The clinical application of radioimmunoassay of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a in the urine

  • In this paper, Preliminary study changes significance of radioimmunoassay of urinary TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a in the 10 groups case. Result expression, The concetrotion assay value of the normal control of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a were 191. 9±23.6pg/min and 511.0±82.6 pg/min (X±SE n = 14) respectively. The assay value of the urinemiapatients of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a wree 45.5±8.5 pg/min and 39.8±16.1 pg/min (X±SEn=12) respectively. In comparison were to control group p<0.01.In other patient group, The value of TXB2 in the urinary Were all higher in varying degrees thar the normal control. Statistical study (p<0.05 or p<0.01), On the other hand, Thevalue of 6-keto-PGF1a changes difference according to serious extent or variant disease.
