Result expression, The concetrotion assay value of the normal control of TXB₂ and 6-keto-PGF_1a were 191. 9±23.6pg/min and 511.0±82.6 pg/min （X±SE n = 14） respectively. The assay value of the urinemiapatients of TXB₂ and 6-keto-PGF_1a wree 45.5±8.5 pg/min and 39.8±16.1 pg/min （X±SEn=12） respectively. In comparison were to control group p＜0.01.In other patient group, The value of TXB₂ in the urinary Were all higher in varying degrees thar the normal control. Statistical study （p＜0.05 or p＜0.01）, On the other hand, Thevalue of 6-keto-PGF_1a changes difference according to serious extent or variant disease.
