The effect of physical surging to technical indexes of stored whole blood at battle field

Objective：Studying the effect of physical surging （including paradroping，car transporting and storing under the sea water） to stored whole blood.Methods：We removed twenty bags of CPDA blood from refrigerator after 7days，divided into four equal groups， one as control，the others suffered from the battle field conditions respectively，then went on preserving in refrigerator until the end of 35 days.We measured the technical indixes of blood quality.Results：FHb in paradroping group is higher，and it in car transporting group is a bit higher than the control.Other blood quality indixes are normal.Conclusion：Physical surging like paradroping has obvious effect on blood quality，as well as others do no harm to blood preservation.
