Perioperation myocardial ischemia in elder patients undergoing noncardiac surgery

We studied 70 cases of noncardiac surgery and analysed the data of perioperative myocardial is-chemia,The results showed:In noncardiac surgical elder patients with coronary artery disease（1）mvocar-dial ischemia during ope-ration is related to coronary artery dise-ase（P＜0.005）and age over 75（P＜0.05）;dial ischemia during operation is related to coronary artery disease（P＜0.005）and age over 75（P＜0.05）;（2）the persistently elevated heart rate and blood preaxure during postoperative period are associated with ECG ST segrnent ehange（P＜0.05）;（3）perloperative myocardial ischemia is clinically silent throughout the entire period and therefore difficult to detect;（4）the time of 48 h after surgery is a high risk period of my-ocardial infarction.
