Preoperative Nutritional Support on Patients with Hilar Bile Duct Carcinoma

ln order to increase the hilar bile duct carcinoma resection rate and decrease postoperative complication and mortality, preoperative nutritional support is very important besides other perfect perioperative treatment. The experience of preoperative nutritional support on 35 patients successfully underwent Stage 1 hilar bile duct carcinoma resection in our hospital is summaried in this study, in addition, some questions sbout preoperative nurtritional support such as the kinds, duration, methods and the nutritlonal ingredents are discussed in detail. This study may be valuable for treatment of patients with hilar bile duct carcinoma.
