Abstract
cases of CT guided stereotactic intracranial operations were summarized. The main operative subjects included intratumoral radiation and chemotherapy, evaluation of hematoma and absesses, biopsy of brain lesions, destruction of nerve nuclei, radio frequency coagulation of tumor, resection of tumor with endoscope and laser, removal of foreign bodies from deep brain and transplantation of nerve tissue. The successful rate of first operation was 99.8% and the effective rate was 84.1% in 6 months after operation. The results show that this method has wide indications, minimum injury, less complications and good results. The main points of the operation and authors’ experience were briefly introduced. The indications and complications of the operation were also discussed.
