The perioperative nursing of patients used mobile electron accelerator units for intraoperative radiotherapy

Objective To study the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing intra-operative radiotherapy. Methods Nurses should be well prepared before operation,actively and skillfully cooperated with the surgeons during operation.Nurses should place the patients at a correct surgical position and closely observe their signs of life. Results The protective measures were taken for the 183 patients undergoing intra-operative radiotherapy with a mobile electron accelerator.The operation was successful with no accident occurred. Conclusion Strengthening perioperative nursing of patients is the key to a successful operation.
