Research of application CDIA system to evaluate efficacy of banke treatment melasma

Objective: Application computer digital image analysis（CDIA） system to research and explore the clinical efficacy and method after Banke treatment melasma.Methods: The average optical density and area of melasma were used by the CDIA system to evaluate clinic efficacy of Banke treatment melasma.Results: It was appear that the average optical density declined and the area was reduce after Banke treatment;there were marked difference statistically（P＜0.05） between before and after treatment.Conclusion: It indicates that the CDIA evaluation system is more objective and efficacy after Banke treatment melasma.
