Detection of bacterial endotoxin in Xingnaojing injection with Tachypleus Amebocyte lysate

Objective To study the method for the detection of bacterial endotoxin in Xingnaojing injection with Tachypleus Amebocyte lysate（TAL）.Methods Experiments were performed according to the bacterial endotoxin tests covered in Chinese Pharmacopeia 2005（part 2）.Results Xingnaojing injection did not interfere with its gel reaction to the bacterial endotoxin when it was diluted 10-fold.Conclusion Bacterial endotoxin test can be used to detect bacterial endotoxin in Xingnaojing injection.
