Abstract
Through in vivo study on guinea pig’s auricular septum and ventricular septum by electrophysiological single-cell means,it was found that both quinidine and amiodarone have obvious antiarrhythmic effect on abnormal auricular and ventricular septa. These two drugs can be used to get the antiarrhythmic effect in the same way as lengthening the duration of ventricle, auricular septum’s action potential and the effective refractory period. The influence of quinidine was stronger than that of amiodarone and the impact on auricular septum produced by amiodarone is more obvious than that on ventricular septum.Combination of quinidine and amiodarone affected arrhythmia of auricular septum is more as compared with use one of these two drugs. The combined use, however, seemed not better than quinidine used alone. The result is suggested to be use only as reference, because it seems difficult to apply it directly to clinic practice and because the ways of giving out drugs is different.
