Study on Guillain-Barre syndrome

Experimental Allergic Neuritis （EAN） is an autoimmune disease of the nervous system n man, an experimental animol model of which has long been used for the study of Guillain-arre yndrome （GBS）.In this paper, we demonstrated that the regulation disturbance of the cellular nd humoral mediated immunity is the most important pathogenetic mechanism in EAN, about which e have made certain study on disturbanced nerve-endocrine-immunology.We administered cortisol o rabbits with EAN, and thus propose the hormone treatment in patients with GBS.
