Abstract
The changes of Temporory Threshold Shift(TTS), succinic dehydrogenase (SDH), and Ach acetylthiocholinestase activity in guinea pig’s cochlea after explosion were observed by auditory physiological and histochemical methods. The results suggest that the TTS is correlated with the activity of SDH in the cochlea, but, it is not correlated with the activity of (AchE). Therefore, it is possible to protect the activity of SDH to prevent and to treat the explosive injury.
