Primary mesencephalic hemorrhage

Six cases of the primary mesencephalic hemorrhage demonstrated by CT scan or necropsy were reported. It’s etiology, pathognesis, clinical features, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and management were discussed with the review of the relevent literatures.
