Effect of Shou Er Kang Ⅰ and Ⅱ on ability of learning and memory in mice

The effects of Shou Er Kang Ⅰ and Ⅱ in various doses and routes of administration on learning,acquisition,consolidation and retrieval of memory in mice were carried out,using one trial passive avoidance conditional reflex-step down and step through tests.The impairments of acquisition,consolidation and retrieval were induced by administration of anisodine,cycloheximide and 30% alcohal respectively.
Result showed that Shou Er Kand Ⅰ and Ⅱ can enhance learning and memory potency in amnesia mice to different degrees.
