Study on 19 kinds of lymphocyte phenotype before and after in vitro amplified from human peripheral blood lymphocyte

  • Objective: To study the 19 kinds of lymphocyte phenotype before and after in vitro amplified from 35 malignant tumor patients’ peripheral blood lymphocyte.Methods: The lymphocyte cells and mononuclear cells from peripheral blood of malignant tumor patients were induced and amplified,and the flow cytometry was used to detect the percentage of CD3+,etc.19 type cells in effector cells,and then their percentages before and after the in vitro amplification were compared.Results: After amplification,the percentage of CD3+,CD3+CD8+,CD3+CD16-CD56+,CD3+CD16+CD56-,CD3+CD16+CD56+,CD45RO+ and it's subgroups CD8+CD45RO+,CD8+CD28-cells significantly increased(P<0.01);the percentage of CD19+,CD3+CD4+,CD3-CD16-CD56+,CD3-CD16+CD56-,CD3-CD16+CD56+,CD45RA+ and it's subgroups CD4+CD45RA+,CD8+CD45RA+,CD4+CD45RO+,CD28+ and it's subgroup CD8+CD28+ cells significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion: After amplification,the effector cells have the cytotoxic activity that can directly kill the tumor cells.
