Treatment of spondylolisthesis with reduction fixation system for 21 cases

We treated 2l cases of spondylolisthesis with reduction fixation(RF) system for reduction and with bone grafting in intervertebral space for fusion,The results show:16 cases were total reduction 5 cases were patial reduction. Fellow-up lasted 6 months to 24 months,All patients showed bony healing and no relaxation of internal fixation and no loss of correctness. We consider:the structure of RF system is convenient to implant;the reduction is satisfactive;the fixed vertebral segments are less and the effect of operation on lumbar function is less;reduction and fusion were finished one time.
