Observation of the effect for prevent low back pain of driver in plateau

Objective: Using some simple methods to prevent the low back pain of driver in plateau. Methods: Using the special corset for driver and massage on back by themselves to prevent the low back pain of driver. 112drivers using corset, 35drivers using corset with massage and 57drivers was in a control group. The self-reported low back symptoms were investigated by questionnaire at pre-and post-long-distance driving for tow weeks. The data analyzed by statistical method. Results: Difference data of low back pain degree between pre-and post-long-distance driving in a control group more high than other two groups（P＜0.01）. No difference in corset group and corset with massage group（P＞0.05）. Conclusion: Both of two methods can reduce the degree of low back pain in driver.
