Curative effects of 5 Chinese herbal medicines and their composite on anti-virus in vitro

Objective:To study effects on spectrum and anti-virus mechanism of 5 Chinese herbal medicines and their composite in vitro.Methods: The inhibition effect of 5 Chinese herbal medicines and their composite on various virus was observed with methods of tissue and cell culture,absorption of dye,and the anti-virus process were studied by drug-administration at different time.Results: 5 Chinese herbal medicines and their composite had obvious anti-virus effect on RSV virus,Cosackie virus,A₁₆,B₁,B₃,B₄.Conclusion: 5 Chinese herbal medicines has multi-anti-virus effects.
