Effects of head-needling in cerebeal thrombosis

  • This paper reported results of observation of the naiHold micro-circulation in patients with cerebral thrombosis, treated before and after the head acupuncture. As compared it with that in 100 cases health people significant differences (P 0.001) was found. After 1 to 6 monthe therapy in 50 cases which received head or body acupuncture, in each groud there was improvement in the nail fold micro-circulation. Results revealed that there was relationship between the curative effect of the acupuncture and the micro-circulation improcement. Basing on the improvement of blood flow status, however, the head needling gives a better besult than the body one.
