Effect of Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction on hemorheological changes in rats after +10Gz exposure

  • Objective To observe the effect of Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction on hemorheological changes in rats after +10Gz exposure. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,+10Gz group,and low,medium,high dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups.The rats were exposed to +10Gz for 5min.Anti-coagulated blood was collected from rats after +10Gz exposure and hemorheological parameters were detected. Results The low,medium and high shear blood viscosity was obviously higher in +10Gz group than in control group(P<0.05),and significantly lower in +10Gz group than in low,medium and high dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups(P<0.05).The hematocrit was significantly higher in +10Gz group than in control group(P<0.01) and significantly lower in +10Gz group than in low,medium and high dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups(P<0.01).The middle and high reduction shear blood viscosity was significantly lower in low and medium dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups than in +10Gz group(P<0.01) and similar with that in control group. Conclusion Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction can protect rats against changes in hemorheology after exposure to +10Gz.
