Antifungal effects of eight kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in vitro

Objective:The antifungal effect of eight kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were studied in vitro.Methods:Fungi were cul tured in the sabourauds.Results: It was showed that:MIC minimal inhibitory concentration of scutellaria baicalensis georgi for belamcanda chinensis.MIC: 25 mg/ml;Lonicera japonia Thumb MIC: 100 mg/ml;psudolarix kaempferi MIC: 25 mg/ml;cnidium monnieri MIC: 25 mg/ml; sophora flavesens MIC: 25 mg/ml;polugonum cuspidatum siebzuccMIC: 25 mg/ml;coptis chinensis MIC: 200 mg/ml;scutellaria baicalensis georgi MIC: 12.5 mg/ml.Conclusion: Compound eight solution might be used for the treatment of dermatosis.Eight can inhibit fungi growth effectively.
