The Application of Accelerating Finger Plethysmograph on Examination of Patient with Angiocardiopathy,Diabetes and Dermatosclerosis

154 healthy persons and 71 patients with hypertension（23）,coronary heart diseases（19）,diabetes（14）and dermatosclerosis（15）,were examined with accelerating finger plethysmogra-ph.Healthy persons of different age groups showed different changes in finger plethysmography and acceleraing sphygmogram,which reflect the cardiovascular function and microcirculatory condition are increased with aging.The patients with cardiovascular desease showed more severe change than healthy people. The results indicate that measurering the accelerating finger plethysmograph is a non-invasive method to examine the cardiovascular function and microcirculatory co-ndition.
