Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical characteristics of splenic hemangiomas. Methods: The clinical data of 27 patients with pathologically proven splenic hemangiomas were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The clinical manifestations of splenic hemangiomas were not specific and the diagnoses were made by image examinations and pathology. Conclusion: Familiarity with the imaging features of splenic hemangiomas through combined use of different image examinations is of great significance to the clinical diagnosis of splenic hemangiomas and to the therapeutic decisions.
