Sarcoidosis: Report of 37 cases

37 cases（16 males,21 females）of sarcoidosis admitted to our hospital during 1962—1984 were reported.They were classified into 2 groups according to clinico-radiological features:one group（16 cases）suffering from intrathoracic sarcoidosis and and other（21 cases）from extrathoracic. In the paper,the clinical data including the symptoms and signs,chest X-ray film and pathologic finding and other laboratory characteristics were presented.And several relevant points such as the diagnosis,differential diagnosis,treatment,prognosis,etc were discussed.The prognosis was universally good without a single death.
