Preparation of complete early human embryo sections

Objective To provide the technological platform for observing the development of human embryo reproductive organs and their structure change in different periods by studying the preparation of complete early human embryo sections. Methods Complete embryo and yolk sac were taken out from the gestational sac under anatomical microscope,encased by wetting filter paper,dehydrated,permeated,embedded,sectioned and stained with HE,with their development and structure change observed under microscope. Results The early human embryos were intact and clear with no damage and loss of fresh and tender tissue. Conclusion Complete early human embryo section can be prepared if the manipulation is appropriate.
