KLT injection increases sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs to lung cancer cells

Objective To investigate the sensitivity of KLT injection in combination with chemotherapeutic drugs such as TXT and DDP to lung cancer cells 95D in vitro,and find the optical time of their combination. Methods The sensitivity of KLT injection in combination with chemotherapeutic drugs such as TXT and DDP to lung cancer cells in vitro was detected by MTT assay. Results KLT injection could inhibit the growth of 95D cells and increase the sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs such as TXT and DDP to 95D cells（P＜0.005）. The inhibitory effect of KLT injection was much stronger than that of TXT and DDP. Conclusion KLT injection has anti-tumor effects and can sensitize 95D cells to TXT and DDP in vitro.
