Primary investigation on the clinical classification of SARS virus infection

Objective:To investigated the clinical classification of SARS virus infection.Methods:Four cases of SARS virus infection were reported and the specific Ig G antibody levels in a high-risk population analyzed.Results:The clinical classification of SARS infection was issued as four types:SARS type （severe cases），atypical pneumonia type （shadow of lung），bluntinfective type （mild cases，no shadow of lung） and recessive type （no symptom）.Conclusion:The clinical presentation of SARS virus infection was a continuous and multiple processes from the no-symptom to severe cases.
