To detect serum cytokines by using biochip technology

Objective:To study the stability and reference ranges of serum cytokines and correlations between serum cytokines,ages and gender on healthy population.Methods:By using biochip technology and EVIDENCE180 fully automatic biochip analyzer to evaluate the changes of serum cytokines on 27 healthy volunteers in one month interval and the difference values of serum cytokines on 86 healthy volunteers with difference age and gender.Results:There was no statistic difference of serum cytokines on 27 healthy volunteers in one month interval and there were no correlations between serum cytokines and,ages and gender.Concluusion:Serum cytokines is very stable on healthy population and it is no correlations with ages and gender.It is very useful to evaluate the functions of body’s immune system.
