Necrotizing Hyperplastic Lymphadenopathy: Report of 12 Cases

In this report,the diagnosis and treatment of l2 patients with necrotizing hyperplastic lymphadenopathy were described. Patients with this disease may have enlargement of the lymphnodes, all patients demonstrated the typical pathologic features of necrotizing hyperplastic lymphadenopathy. The rate of clinical misdiagnosis in this group was 100 percent, because it was difficult to differentiate from tuberculosis, infections mononucleosis and lymphoma. It was effectivewith prednisolone. The prognosis was generally excellent.
