Trial study on anti-inflammatory effects of Lentinan

Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effects of Lentinan. Methods: The model of acute inflammation in mice tumefaction in ear made by dimethylbenzene,edema of hind paw induced by injection of fresh egg and chronic inflammation（induced） by a piece of filter paper,the different dose of Lentinan were given. Results: Each inflammation action were inhibited obviously by Lentinan. Conclusion: Lentinan has anti-inflammatory effects,which is worth further study.
