Abstract
Objective: Study on the pathogenicity of the v. damsela separated from some coastal seawater. Methods:①Virulence test group: Divide 35 mice into four groups in random, ②The group with wound infected: Divide 35 SPF mice into four groups in random after their legs were injured; observe the mice's general condition, blood routine, blood culture, viscera bacteria culture, wound secretion culture and examine the viscera and the wound limbs with pathological optical microscope. Then compare the nucleic acid dactylogram of the bacteria strain separated from the mice body with that before test in order to confirm the uniformity of the strain. Results: 1. Virulence test: The general condition of the group with v. damsela is bad after injecting bacteria into the abdominal cavity and many viscera appeared edema and denaturation by pathological examining after 24 hours. 2. Infectious wound test: The positive ratio of infection is 100%. We can find a great deal of infiltration with neutrophilic granulocytes subcutaneous tissue of the wound limbs and striped muscle and formed cellulites. Conclusions: The v. damsela is infectivity and can make the mice's wound infect when the concentration with 106CFU/ml.
