Effect of Spatholobus Suberectus on the erythrocyte proliferation in mice
Objective: To study the effects of Spatholobus Suberectus on the mouse erythrocyte. Methods: The aplastis anemia model was established by injecting Phenylhydrazine hydrochloride and irradiating 60Co-ray in mice. Results and conclusion: The results showed that the herb could increase erythrocyte, hemoglobin and red cellvolum, and stimulate BFU-E and CFU-E to proliterate.
