Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of cryoinjury on α-tubulin,β-tubulin and cytoskeratin in order to investigate the mechanism of cryoinjury on skins. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining with antibodies of α-tubulin,β-tubulin and cytoskeratin.Electron microscopy was used to observed the ultrastructure to reveal the influence of cryoinjury on α-tubulin,β-tubulin and cytoskeratin. Results: Comparing to the normal human skin,α-tubulin、β-tubulin、cytoskeratin level and the ultrastructure of skins at-196 ℃ did not change significantly, while those in groups kept at 4 ℃、-20 ℃、-80 ℃ were destroyed.(Conclusion: These) results demonstrate that the cryoinjury of skin is correlated with changes in cytoskeleton, and α-tubulin、β-tubulin、cytoskeratin plays an important role in the cryoinjury.
