Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of the fructose 1,6-bisphosphate in preconditioning on the change of myocardium MDA and SOD in the isolated rat. Methods: The experiments were carried out in the ischemia reperfusion model rats. After 10 min preperfusion with Krebs-Ring(with and without 5mmol·L-1 FDP) and bicarbonate buffer, ischemia time was 20 min, then followed by 20 min reperfusion with K-R buffer(with and without 5mmol·L-1 FDP).At the end of each step the concentrations of MDA and SOD were determined on ventricle homogenates from 48 hearts of the rats. Results: Control group shows obviously increase LVEDP in the step of ischemia(P<0.05).FDP preconditioning could obviously decrease the concentrations of MDA during reperfusion(P<0.05),during ischemia(P<0.01),increase SOD versus control(P<0.01). Conclusion: FDP preconditioning could enhance the effect of root myocardium to hypoxia and have good protective effect on ischemia reperfusion injury of rats myocardium.
