Senile Multipe Primary Cancer

2836 cases were autopsied in our hospital from 1954 to 1990.902 cases were over 60 years old, in which there were 20 cases of senile multipe primary cancer in 371 cases of malign（?）nt tumors. 14 cases were males and 6 cases were females. Pathogenetic age was from 60 to 95 with the average age of 71. An interval between two diagnosis of carcinoma was from 1 to 16 years and the average time was 3.4 years. This article discussed diagnosis standard, incidence, pathogentice age, histlogical type, course, cause and treatment of senile multiple primary cancer.
