Methods Cooperation in hip arthroscopic operation for 525 patients admitted to our hospital in November 2002-June 2009 and nursing of these patients were analyzed. Operation time, complications, average hospital stay time after operation, and satisfactory degree of doctors and patients were recorded. Results The operation time was 20-129(69.1±9.8)min. The satisfactory degree of doctors and patients was 100% and 97.3±2.5, respectively. No complication related with the cooperation in operation and the nursing of patients occurred. Conclusion Careful evaluation of patients before operation and close cooperation of nurses during operation are the key to the success of operation.
