Study on interaction between digoxin and aceonoumaral sintrom

Diagoxin is generally used to treat chronic cardiac insufficiency, paroxysmal achycardia, ventricular fibrillation and atrial flatter because of its direct action on the eart. Aceonoumaral sintrom is usually used to prevent and treat thrombosis in the blood essels, such as postoperative and injured thromphilebitis. In the cardiac Surgery Department f ur hospital, Digoxin associated with Aceonoumaral sintrom controls myocardiae function and revents thrombosis in the blood vessels. According to our clinical practice, it is found that hen these two drugs are administered togather, concentration of digoxin in the blood is owered. This fact suggests that Aceonoumaral sintrom could be able to influence the oncentration of digoxiu in the blood. The experimental study coincides with the observations f ur clinical practice.
