To rescue methotrexate intoxication with asparaginase in refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children

This paper reports treatment of methotrexate intoxication by the use of asparaginase in refra- ctory acute leukemia of children.Better therapeutic effects were obtained.Meanwhile,the results of rescue with asparaginase,were compared with those with citrovorum factor.The mechanism of rescue with asparaginase for methotrexate intoxication and the better effect of both drugs were discussed.
