Quality administration of sterilization and supply center of hospital

Objective: To improve the skill of staff and control their working quality. Methods: Academic discussing were adopted and present conditions of sterilization and supply center were analyzed. Results: Problems existing in sterilization and supply center were found and its countermeasures were put forward. Conclusion: Quality control of sterilization and supply center need not only strict regulation,but also a group of technical and administrant people with reasonable knowledge structure and high skill.
