Clinic therapeutic effect of L-M-W-H treating malignancy complicated by deep venous thrombosis

Objective:To analyze the treatment of malignancy complicated by deep venous thrombosis（DVT）.Methods: 150 cases of malignancy complicated by DVT were all received thrombolysis therapy,and the therapeutic efficacy was observed.Results: The total effective rate of thrombolysis therapy was 84.7%,the express rate of plasma D-dimer before and after therapy was 97.3% and 7.3% respectively（P＜0.05）.The effective rate of thrombolysis therapy was 96.9%.69.8% and 30.0% when the interval between the thrombolysis therapy and the initial symptom was ＜24 h,24～72h,＞72h respectively.Conclusions: The therapy of Low-Molecular-Weight-Heparins has a certain effect to the DVT complicated by malignancy.
