Study of the blood lipid regulation of Jinliyuan capsules on experimental hyperlipidemia rates

Objective:To study the anti-hyperlipidemia effect of Jinliyuan capsules（JLY） on experimental hyperlipidemia rates.Methods:60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups.They were fed with normal diet,high lipid diet,high lipid diet with different concentration JLY（4g/kg,2g/kg,0.8g/kg）,high lipid diet with Lipingzhi capsules,respectively.The body weight were measured weekly.After 12 weeks,the serum Ch, Tg,HDL-C,LDL-C and liver weight were measured.（Results:The） data showed that JLY could significantly lower body weight,the ratio of liver weight/body weight and serum Ch,Tg,LDL-C level of experimental hyperlipidemia rates,but has no significant effect on serum HDL-C.Conclusion:JLY has potential regulation function on lipid metabolism.
