Clinical significance of ProGRP,CA125,CYFRA21-1 and TPS measurement in patients with lung cancer

Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of tumor markers of ProGRP,CA125,CYFRA_21-1 and TPS in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods: The serum levels of tumor markers and clinical data of 180 patients were reviewed retrospectively. Results: The positive rates of ProGRP,CA125,CYFRA_21-1 and TPS were higher in lung cancer group than those in benign lung diseases group respectively.The sensitivity was obviously higher by combined measurement of ProGRP,CA125,CYFRA_21-1 and TPS than that only by one tumor marker assay. Conclusion: The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of lung cancer were raised by combined measurement of ProGRP,CA125,CYFRA_21-1 and TPS.
