Evaluation of 288 cases subtotal hysterectomy in laparoscope

Objective:To investigate operation result of modified subtotal hysterectomy in laparoscope.Methods:Operation time,bleeding volume,pro-operation and post-operation complications was studied and compared between modified laparoscope operation groups（88 cases） and traditional laparoscope operation（255 cases） in subtotal hysterectomy operation operation.Results:In modified laparoscope operation groups.operation time was shorter（P＜0.01）,bleeding volume in operation was not added（P＞0.05）,pro-operation and post-operation complications was not statistical defference（P＞0.05） compared with traditional laparoscope operation in subtotal hysterectomy.there were no serious operation complications both in two groups,Clinical result of modified subtotal hysterectomy in laparoscope was better through short-time follow-up.Conclusion:Modified subtotal hysterectomy in laparoscope can short operation time,and clinical effects was better.
